This Disclaimer applies to the Solar Power Remote Monitoring System (including hardware equipment, applications, and cloud services, hereinafter referred to as "the System") provided by our Company. Please read the following terms carefully before using the System.
I. General Use and System Malfunctions
The System has been designed and manufactured in compliance with relevant safety standards; however, all electronic equipment carries an inherent risk of malfunction. Within the warranty period, the Company will provide reasonable repair or replacement services in accordance with the warranty terms. Upon expiration of the warranty period, the Company shall not be held liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for any losses resulting from system malfunctions, operational abnormalities, or data errors.

During the operation of the System, the following sensitive information may be stored:
Wi-Fi account credentials and passwords
User account information and cloud access tokens
Solar power system configuration parameters
Historical power generation and consumption data
Bound device lists
If the aforementioned information is not completely erased, there is a risk of personal data leakage or unauthorized system access under the following scenarios:

Third parties acquiring the equipment may read residual account information and historical data.
Resale or Gift
New users may access the original user's account or home network via residual credentials.
Repair or Temporary Transfer
Maintenance personnel or third parties may come into contact with personal data and system settings.
Equipment Theft
Residual credentials may be exploited to access the remote monitoring account or infiltrate the internal network.
Equipment Transfer at Enterprise Sites
If batch-deployed equipment is not cleared, previous user data may be leaked to the new management entity.
The Company shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to the user's failure to contact the official support team to perform a proper data erasure procedure.
